Service and Support

Mecsmart Systems Inc. provides service for all the equipment it builds, 5 days a week. Special exceptions can be made upon request for weekend support. Not quite sure why your equipment is not working? Our engineering, programming and assembly staff is ready to offer phone support for trouble shooting. Sometimes spending 10 minutes to solve a problem may save needless hours of trouble shooting at the customer's facility.
In addition, each machine we build comes with two full user manuals, which cover the following topics: 
  • Recommended spare parts list. 
  • Preventative maintenance schedules. 
  • Full set of printed electrical wiring diagrams. 
  • Complete ladder logic diagrams. 
  • Complete set of mechanical assembly drawings, including details with all parts called out in individual bills of material. 
  • All vendor related documentation. 
  • Complete set of system pneumatics / hydraulics schematics. 
  • Custom CD-ROM / DVD with all drawings in electronic format.
